2. Inquiry and Selection

3. Quotation and Confirmation
Trovus Supplier will send you a quotation based on your inquiry. Review the quotation carefully, and if everything is in order, confirm your order by replying to their email or through their preferred method of communication.
4. Payment Methods
We will only process your order once full payment for the items, plus shipping costs, has been made.
5. Preparation and Packaging
Once the payment is confirmed, Trovus Supplier will prepare and package the items securely for shipment. They ensure that the fish are healthy and properly packed to withstand the journey.
6. Shipping Methods
We can only arrange delivery to the nearest airport in your country.

Our orders are shipped via Air Plane Cargo from Airport Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta, Indonesia.
7. Delivery and Inspection
Upon arrival, inspect the Items to ensure they are in good condition. If there are any issues, contact Trovus Supplier immediately for assistance.
8. Acclimatization
Carefully acclimate the fish to your aquarium following best practices to ensure their health and well-being in their new environment.
A. PLANTS
- All our plants are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags to maintain moisture
wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed in transit.
B. SNAILS
- All our snails are packed are packed in breather bags or in heat sealed durable plastic bags and always double bagged (triple bagged if necessary).
They are packed with enough space to be comfortable and plenty of oxygen that lasts up to 1 week.
They are then wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
C. INVERTS ( Shrimp, Crab , Clam and Crayfish )
All our invertebrates are packed in breather bags and always double bagged.
They are packed with enough water to be comfortable for up to 1 week.
They are wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
D. TROPICAL FISH
All our fish are packed in durable plastic bags and always double bagged.
They are packed with enough water and pure oxygen to be comfortable for up to 1 week.
They are wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
E. HOLIDAY NOTICE
We do NOT ship live animal orders and/or plant orders during a holiday week and the week before a holiday.
We are committed to ensure the safe arrival of our animals.
During some holidays (Example: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and more), airport couriers are extremely busy and package delays will occur - even in the week leading to said holiday - so for the safety of our animals, orders will be held and shipped the week after the holiday.
F. WEATHER NOTICE
We do NOT ship any live stock if temperatures are below 40℉ or above 90℉.
We deeply care for the safety and well being or all our livestock.
We will not ship any animals or plants if it is unsafe for them to make a comfortable trip.
We have the right to hold back all orders placed during these extreme conditions.
You will receive a friendly message reminding you of the situation and we will ship when we see a break in weather and is safe for them to travel.

附加说明
A. 水草
所有水草均使用加热密封耐用塑料袋保湿，外包气泡膜或旧报纸，并装入坚固箱子，以防运输过程中受压损伤。
B. 田螺
螺类装在透气袋或密封塑料袋（双层包装，必要时三层），袋内空间充足，氧气足够可维持一周。外包气泡膜或报纸，并装入结实的箱子。
C. 无脊椎动物（虾、蟹、蛤蜊、小龙虾等）
所有无脊椎动物均使用透气袋双层包装，适量装水可维持一周，外包气泡膜或报纸，装入坚固箱子防止压碎。
D. 热带鱼
使用耐用塑料袋双层包装，装足够水和纯氧，可维持一周舒适，外包气泡膜或报纸，并装入坚固箱子以防损坏。
节假日提醒
节假日期间及假期前一周不发运活体或植物订单，确保生物安全到达。在圣诞、感恩节等高峰期，航运和快递繁忙，可能导致运输延迟，因此订单将推迟至节后发出。
天气提醒
若运输日温度低于4℃或高于32℃，我们将暂停发运活体。我们重视货品健康，若天气极端，我们保留推迟发货权利，并将在安全时更新通知您发运。
温馨提醒
所有订单均以库存为准。结账时可选择隔热材料（保温箱、透气袋、冷/热包）作为包装选项。
